Director
I am excited to join Kids Count as the Director! I have a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and a Masters in Adolescent Psychology from Penn State University. I am approaching my 30th year in Child Development, 11 of which have been as a Director. I have 2 children of my own and I have taught children from the age of 2 years all they way up High School. My passion truly lies with with working with children in a child care setting. I am excited to navigate your children through Early Child Development!!

I have been with the Kids Count Family for 3 years. I am the mom of 2 teenagers. I have over 18 years experience in childcare and am so happy to continue my journey in childcare at Kids Count.

I have been with the Kids Count Family for 8 years. I truly love working with children and couldn't picture myself working anywhere else. I have my degree in business marketing, but education is definitely for me! While at Kids Count, I have also worked in the Old Bridge Public School system for the past 15 years.

I am thrilled to join Kids Count as an assistant teacher. My children have attended Kids Count for the past 4 years and now I am so excited to be working with these lovely teachers and join this wonderful Kids Count Family!!

I have been with Kids Count for the past 20 years, but have been working as a teacher for 23 years. I have two children of my own that I love dearly. I graduated with a masters degree in marketing and 4 years in fine arts. I am originally from Bangladesh, but currently live in the US for the past 26 years. I love working with children and have seen most of my Kids Count children graduate high school and are now in college!

I have been with Kids Count for the past 2 years. I was a stay at home mom and loved being a part of my children's everyday life. Both of my girls are away at college and I decided what better way to spend my time than doing what I love-being with children!!!

I am so happy to be a part of Kids Count Child Center! I have worked as a paraprofessional and special needs therapist in the past but I am so excited to take on a classroom and watch your children grow. As a mother of two, I know how important it is for children to receive a proper foundation in learning and it is my goal to help your children achieve those foundations!!

I am currently working in the Preschool Express room with Miss Kayla and loving every moment!! I have been with Kids Count for over 3 years. I love doing outdoor activities with the children everyday and of course I love seeing my class each day that I come in!!

I have been with Kids Count for over 20 years total. I started out as a preschool teacher here right after graduating from Rutgers University. I then moved to prekindergarten teacher after a few years, as well as the Assistant Director. After gaining some experience as a Director, I came back "home" to Kids Count as the Director sharing my experience and my love of childcare. Now as the mother of 2 boys, I am thrilled to continue here at Kids Count as a consultant combining my love for children and education!!
Alpana and Kunwar
Owners
Alpana and Kunwar became a part of the Kids Count Family in 2019. Their passion for children and education lead them directly to childcare and gaining Kids Count Child Center was their number one achievement. It only seemed natural to them to continue the 20 year Kids Count legacy!
Alpana has an MBA with a focus in marketing and many years of management experience. She is also the mother to 2 beautiful girls.
Kunwar has a business in healthcare and has had numerous years managing different businesses. He is also the father to 2 children.
They are both so excited to share in Kids Count continued future success and to continue educating the young minds of the future!!!
